11.00 The participants are congregating on Zoom

11.45 Break-out tables online and IRL convene around up to a max of 4 topics. This will be a test of the practicality of using the break-out rooms in Zoom.

12.00 Our table is hearing about Hypothes.is

12.10 I describe my use of Federated Wiki.

12.15 Arthur Brock describes Distributed Ledger aspects.

12.20 Art now specifically describes Holochain.

12.30 The mechanics of voting and its attendant levels of accountability are being discussed.

12.35 Art describes a distributed Public Key Infrastructure

12.40 David mentions ORCID in respect to identity.

12.45 We discussed Sovrin.

12.50 Feedback to other groups using Room'n'Zoom.

13.20 The Zoom is deep in swapping the topic feedback.

13.40 Sociocracy has been mentioned by several participants.

14.00 Lunch

15.00 Reconvene in the room and online.

15.20 There are two tables, one with online. We are trying to answer one question at each table.

16.00 We swap over tables. Great to see the 'raise hand' tool used in Zoom to indicate online need to speak next.

16.30 Ward Cunningham pointed us to this: Redesigning Agility.

17.00 Our feedback sessions are very powerful as questions get asked online and in the chat which continue to unpack assumptions. It's great having several cameras in the room showing the feeling in the space.
